From what I recall, Seiya has slightly more useful hax for this fight imo. With the ability to erase Drago from existence and Acausality, I think he has at least a slight lead over Drago. Plus according to their profiles I think Seiya has the better regen...? So imo Seiya takes it with High Diff/if he uses his existence erasure powers instantly.

Im going with Seiya but barely. He has good resistance to most of Drago's hax.
