Not much of a downgrade but it's been something I've been thinking about for a little bit
Dr. Gerald's current 8-C rating is based off of a really scuffed calculation of an explosion they caused while on rollarblades. The main issue is that the image on the file is sourced off a real detonation of an IED/missile attack, where most of the building outside of that room is entirely in tact, while near total fatalities assumes that basically everything in it's radius is completely destroyed.
With a bit of a fix, it's instead .01 tons, which is pretty consistent with the kinetic energy of them driving a golf cart at 4000 KM/H
On another note, I'll admit that I made a mistake with the probability manipulation on his page, Fate Manipulation and Durability negation fit a bit better, so those should be the only ones listed
