Well, then the only thing in Clark's arcenal that would really help that much here is Reality Warping. There's not much else he can do to actually kill Manhattan due to that Non-Corporeality.
Depends on how good the Reality Warping is, but Manhattan does seem to hold the advantage here, and he also has that Precognition that could help a lot here. Yeah, I think I'm siding with Osterman for now.
I vote for Doctor Manhattan. He has a ability called Reality Alteration. For example: After the events of Flashpoint, when Barry Allen (The Flash) attempted to revert his universe back to normal, Jon interfered with this process by erasing ten years from that would-be, reverted universe, creating Prime Earth as a side-effect.
