Doing some scaling on the live action depication of the 'Watchmen' movie and while I've found solid tiering for most of the main cast, Manhattan's level of power escapes me rn. I'm aware that most his showings are done via the use of matter manipulation but I thought that he would at least scale to the bomb used to destroy Manhattan during the third act. I say this because Ozymandias wanted to frame D.M as the cause of the bomb and even made it so the bombs energy signitature was 1-to-1 of Manhattan's own, as to unite the human race and bring a era of peace. If this scale seems fine, the next step would of course be to find a way of calcing the feat
