Kakashi's Double Speed Kamui intercepted Kaguya's portal attack to the point the ash bone couldn't get out yet. It was excuted faster than Amped Kaguya's Portal + Ash Bone combo to the point The Ash Bone only half out. Double Speed Kamui > Amped Kaguya's ash bone half out of it's portal (The Ash Bone's lenght is around equal to Kaguya's arm length, let say she is equal to Adult Naruto which is around 180 cm, arm's lenght is 1/2 of full body's tall, so 90 cm, the ash bone's length is around equal with Kaguya's arm lenght, so the ash bone is 90 cm, it's only could half out of its portal, so 1/2 x 90 cm = 45 cm. Double Speed Kamui could shot Amped Kaguya's Ash Bone to the point it could only travel 45 cm, so the speed of Double Speed Kamui is equal to the speed of Amped Kaguya's Ash Bone travel 45 cm distance, even if we argue that Kaguya's tall is 200 cm, her arm's lenght would be 100 cm, The Ash Bone's lenght is around equal to Kaguya's arm lenght, so the ash bone is 100 cm, it's only half out of its portal, so 1/2 x 100 cm = 50 cm, means the speed of Double Speed Kamui is equal to Amped Kaguya's Ash Bone travel 50 cm distance. Kaguya's speed is FTL. It's safe to say Amped Kaguya's Ash Bone speed is also FTL. So it works?

As far as I know, an attack like this, the speed depends on the speed of the user. so if kakashi's speed is ftl, then kamui's speed is also ftl.
