Dorozhand's Type 5 acausality

So this guy has Type 5 Acausality on his profile and I wanted to ask why that is the case.

As far as I'm aware you need to make a thread in order to get Type 5 Acausality accepted for a character if they're not 1-A.

I'm not saying Dorozhand shouldn't have it, but I just wanted to bring some attention to it.

I'm pretty sure also that simply representing a concept isn't enough for Abstract Existence Type 1.

In short, Roon manages action & cause and effect & Dorozhand is beyond Roon's influence. Regardless, Dorozhand is essentially the concept of destiny & is unbound by the concept that he represents,

Okay, but you need to make a thread for type 5 acausality to get accepted. You can't just put it on the profile like that.

I dont really think this is the right place, but there's another character that have type 5 with no explanation. Tet from NGNL.
