So I was watching the cutscense from doom eternal and it mentions that, "Only a Slayers crucible blade can stop a Titan" so shouldn't the DOOM (2016) key not be able to include that as a reason for his key since he doesn't have access to the weapon he used to kill the titan with

But the devs also mentioned he did kill a titan bare handedly. Even if he used the crucible it atill scales physically to him since it's a sword, and Doomslayer absorbs the strenght of those he kills.

If you're talking about this quote, they actually say he killed it with bare hand and his weapons.

I mean his weapons are likely only the crucible as he didn't have his other weapons which still scales back to doomguy for the other reasons I mentioned

I mean, if the sword negs immortality he would need it to kill them then. Regardless of if he was stronger or not wouldn't he?

And again, gains the strenght of demons he kills.

The sword has immortality negation that's why he needs it. Otherwise it scales to his AP.
