Doom: Fodder Upgrade + Other Things

This is rather simple, I made a calc that could upgrade the fodder Demons and some weapons. We also have some extra stuff for the Chaingun.

Essentially every modern fodder Demon and some of the modern weapons like the Chaingun and Plasma Rifle would become higher into the Small Building level range. This would obviously exclude the incredibly low level possessed.

Now for the Chaingun, in the Doom Eternal key for durability the weapon has an energy shields that can defend against mid to high tier Demons, which is an 8-C feat, however the profile only puts it down as 9-A. This seems like more of a case were we forgot to update the profile, but i guess we can do that now.

So another calc 9-A calc to go along with the other consistent 9-A calcs both here and off-site, with the cherry on top being that the results are 666 Megajoules. Me likey.

Also yeah, I believe the shield thing was a screw up.
 
Was hesitant to enter a DOOM thread, given the sense of nausea one normally experiences from doing so, but hey, I like me some low tiers.

I approve. I'd forgotten about this feat. Well done.

Curiously could myou calc the Marauder shattering the wall in the Slayer Gate or the Tyrant doing the same on Final Sin?
Those would be dope

I think i know what feats you are referring to, but i am going to be honest, i am not even sure if either of those feats would go past 100 MJ. Marauders feat is rock and the Tyrants feat is concrete, so unless they pulverized the walls they were going through, it will not be very impressive.

Going from this scan, isn't this the concrete backing of a billboard rather than a steel/aluminum base? You can even see the rebar supports in the video and in that scan.

I say this because no billboard has a solid frame, as it would be a complete waste of material with no benefit.

Actually, yeah, you're right. I suspect it still comes out to 9-A but good call regardless. Calc should be adjusted to reflect the second layer being rebar-reinforced concrete rather than steel.
 
Yeah, the calc should be adjusted. Never considered that when looking initially because I'm bad at my job.
 
666 MJ go away, me sad. Anyway, all I have to do is change the material for the second layer?

I will say that it looked like both layers were made of the same material it’s just that the back one is some how Wedged into the concrete. (I don’t even wanna know how the ******* construction workers would have made that happen.)
