Doofenshmirtz's Durability and Perry's Attack Potency, etc Upgrades

So, to the side here I have a huge explosion encompassing Doofenshmirtz's skyscraper. It happened in the episode "Ask A Foolish Question", and there were more than one explosion of that magnitude. Dr. Doofenshmirtz was in the center of these explosions and casually tanked all 4-5 of them point-blank to the face, picture below for proof. Considering the purple thing under the explosion is a skyscraper, this should equate to around Multi-Building to Skyscraper level. And Perry gave this guy a black eye in one punch. This is also supported by the Platyborg, who effortlessly tanked being hit by a speeding bus, but was injured by Perry as well. Also, if Perry is at least Subsonic, then Doof should be too. One last thing, Perry tanks the core of the earth while being fired at Massively Hypersonic speeds(it only took him 11-12 seconds to reach the other side of the planet). So that's probably a buff. That is all.
