So zettaflare is above Teraflare right? That means Donald has an attack stronger than Bahamut? Zettaflare is the strongest spell in Square Enix history. Are we not counting it because it's not in the Final Fantasy universe? I'm sorry if this has been talked about. I didn't see it if it has. Sure this would be a humongous leap in power. But it's not like that hasn't happened before. The God of war characters used to be like continent level on here. Now they're multiversal.

We don't consider FF crossovers in KH canon, so it can't really be used for any type of scaling.
imagine comparing it to gow when theres a big KH cosmology upgrade thread coming anyways

What Shmooply said, and on top of that, being able to use Zettaflare doesn't necessarily make him stronger than any other magic user in FF. Spells are relative to their user's strength. A Firaga from a 2-A will certainly be stronger than a Ultima from a High 4-C for instance, despite Ultima being the stronger spell.

Indeed, we don't scale anything from FF to KH or vice-versa because of canon standards on the site, and this is no exception, plus what has been said above really.
