no, because resisting it=/= actually tanking it, since for example, if someone resists it via discharging the electricity at the moment of impact you wouldn't say that they tanked it?

1. Staying in mid-air while getting struck by the bolt (An absolute must, or else if you get hit while standing on the ground all the electricity gets discharged into the ground)
2. Taking the bolt while having your body battered, bruised and bleeding all over the place before you get struck by the lightning (The more bruised your skin is, the less resistance the bolt has to face travelling through your body)
