Does Trancendent Immortality (Type 9) automatically give low-Godly regen?

Like the title says. Does a being who is immortal due to having his true self existing elsewhere automatically have low-Godly regen?

Given that a character with type 9 requirement wise does not need to be able to regenerate its body on the plane where they can be killed at all, I don't think so.

Type 9 is having your true body exist elsewhere. Low-Godly is being able to regen from other dimensions/the soul Surely one would give the other?
