For the second one, Immo type 8 and probably resistance to Soul Manip and Mind Manip too? He says "mental attacks that directly hit the soul", so...
The first scan sounds kinda like the same elemental intangibility that Logias from One Piece have, where they can regen any part of their body, so I'd say High-Mid.

no, this existence would still be physical and not abstract, as space and matter, are part of the physical universe.
