Does this count as type 2 immortality

A character called Lady Bone Demon was shown to have her ghostly essence capable of being split apart and having those individual essence act on their own (check till 10:55). Even when after She combined all of her essence, it was still shown that they are still conscious on their own (shown by the faces)

I believe this should grant her Type 2 immortality as by description, need complete destruction of the entire body to eliminate (the essences are apart of her)

As I said, if normal ghosts would die from having their essence split, then yes, if not, then no.

So for LBD to get type 2, she has to be compared special to other ghosts? I mean we did saw her parts have faces. And the samadhi fire while capable of destroying souls, removed a living chunk of LBD but she still remains active

Also despite most of her got magically sealed off from the world, she is still able to move on her with a small part. And by Type 2 definition, you have to destroy most or all of somebody's parts in order for complete annihilation

If all ghosts in that verse can be split apart without dying, then what she's doing is considered normal for ghosts and wouldn't qualify as any form of resilient immortality. This behavior wouldn't count as an injury in the first place.
