Does this count as Superhuman Precision or just Marksmanship ?

Just normal marksmanship, Superhuman Precision is when you reach BS levels which are too fine to pinpoint into a human capability.
Things like hitting microscopic pressure points too small for a human to hit, slicing individual grains of sand, or ricocheting your attacks in such a way that it reaches absurdity.
