Does this count as a real black hole?

This thread is talking about the criteria list of content that would make the black holes from Destiny realistic.

• They are called black holes.
• The powers that forms singularities lack the meaning of magic.
• Individuals who make black holes are enthusiasts of physics.
• they are capable of spagghetification.
• Capable of achieving orbit of objects that are slowly drawn and eventually collapse and reduce in size into the black hole (see first point above).
• Capable of emitting hawking radiation.
• The energy/mass being used to coalesce into a singular point to form a singularity.
• Light freezes at the edge of a singularity which can be done via gravitational forces.
• It also displays an event horizon and an accretion disk and distorting spacetime.
• Black holes created are stated to have inescapable gravities.
