Q1: Character A can cross an infinite distance in a finite amount of time, therefore infinite speed. Character B can do the same except instantly, as fast as a infinite speed character can cross a finite distance
Q2: Character B is so fast that they perceive character A, who is infinitely fast, as frozen, the same way character A perceive a finite speed character. But B has not shown any feats of casually roaming around freely across linear time

Crossing an infinite distance instantly is above crossing an infinite distance in any amount of finite time. As far as I know, there is no layering when it comes to Immeasurable or Infinite Speed, just scaling chains.

In this case Character B would be faster than anyone who crosses an infinite distance in a finite amount of time.

yeah, immensurable speed is far more than just being faster than infinite speed, you need to be so fast that any number or definition doesn't work due to your speed being above the standard idea of speed itself
