Does our human lifting strength levels have any basis for their self-explanatory areas?

I can get around Average Human and Above Average Human since our weights are in that area. Though does any of our lifting strength levels from Average Human to Peak Human have any source credible basis for their baselines?

Like I know that we would likely accept benchmarks for stuff like deadlifts since by heart, that's what a lift is supposed to be, but do we have sources/basis for this?

Like, althletes can lift over 2x their bodyweight compared to regular people going by similar standards to how we accept lifts for our lifting levels. And why is peak human at 227 kg something when at a bare minimum, it could be 201 kg+?
