Does NEP1 really have layers

I heard that “ NEP would just be 1 layer into NEP1 as being more nonexistent than some nothingness isn't exactly enough but instead needs to completely surpass the binary of existence and nonexistence”

Form what I understand
0 means nonexistence or simply not 1
And 1 means existence or not 0

If something is emptier than 0, it clearly means that it is neither 0 nor 1 — and also not both at the same time

so this should be nep2 and 1layer into Nep1 should not exist in this wiki

That's based strictly on treating nep and existence as 1 or 0, and just that, which limits its potential working.

For instance, if a verse has a duality between existence and nonexistence, and the nonexistent side has many layers based on emptiness, while there's also some form of "chaos" or nothingness beyond the duality itself, then we can (iirc) treat the nonexistent side of the duality as layered and the "chaos" as NEP2 (outside and/or beyond the duality of NEP and non-NEP).
