because if there's a power that they have then they are immune to it (shiki immune to all powers in nasuverse)

Usually the answer is being a higher tier or having higher tier hax than the indicated verses. Sad fact is that some verses are just built different Some of these verses not only require hax for you to remotely stand up to them, but also require proof of interaction with nonexistent and intangible beings, and have unconventional hax that allows you to bypass some of their very special resistances.

So really at the moment, there isn't a one size fits all outside of just being a higher tier lol.

Those are the only instances when I can think of a match involving strong physiologies being added.

also do you ever think that even the authority, provided that it's just resistance and not full on immunity, you can still affect them with your powers?

I'm not super well-versed in Fate but lower tier servants shouldn't be too difficult to beat hand-to-hand. And resistances are hard because they're usually treated like full immunity anyway. Shiki specifically is just too strong for anyone that isn't a 1-A smurf. Like, even other Fate characters aren't remotely comparable to her, simply by virtue of her being 1-A, that's how strong 1-A is.
