I mean, that's still could and not can, though. It doesn't necessarily mean he knows how to do, or know, about specific techniques, even if he could definitely do it.

It doesn't help that we never really see a Yin Yang user just pull a Kakashi and just take another person's technique mid-battle. (Not that users of it would need to)

The fact that we never seen a yin yang user copy te technique is just normal, this is not my argument, you should know that only hagoromo can use banbutsu sozo, Madara obito and naruto cannot, yin yang release ≠ banbutsu sozo, banbutsu sozo is the PERFECT control of yin energy and yang energy, at a point were you can control the fundamental force of creation from anything in the univers arise, any Jutsu, any force

Hagoromo is able to perfectly control this power and create anything that he want (of course this is not omnipotence but he should be able to do it in a range equal to the entire ninja world (including every jutsu for example)

Since it is stated in the fourth databook that yin yang is the basis for every jutsu that exist, he should be able to manipulate easily any jutsu with a perfect yin yang control, and i dont think hagoromo doesnt know some jutsu except the random one (note that rikudo mode allow you to understand anything in nature anything that exist) then he should know anything but at least he know all the strong jutsu as long he is observing ninja world since millenium through incarnation of their son

And if never he cannot use a particular jutsu, he can create the exact same jutsu since he can do any jutsu with the power of yin and yang at full potential then it doesnt change anything in fact
