Does Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance have Toon Force?

For example, Limited Flight (Floated in midair and swirled in a way that defies physics, though this was used to mock his opponents and not used directly for combat).

I just saw the movie recently since it came out years ago. In this movie which is a remake sequel, which is years in the future with an older Johny in his life, it focuses on Ghost Rider coming to light after years of not feeding him the souls of sinners. In this installment Ghost Rider literally behaves like a Toon Force character. From taunting his opponents, to breaking the laws of physics by trolling them after the flashbang grenade, to being cartoonishly vindictive of his enemies. Even to the point of driving the protagonist Blaze insane.

If anyone has time watch the film again with this in mind and you'll see what I mean. Literally the scenes on YouTube just don't do it justice if you're not watching the plot of the movie as a whole.
