Does existing outside the 4th wall count as any specific ability?

There's a panel in the MLP manga where Discord appears from outside the 4th wall - showing up beyond the panels - and could not be seen by Twilight, but could with Pinkie. Does that count as anything specific? Not being detectable by anyone who doesn't have 4th wall awareness?

Not really, this is just Twilight not having knowledge of an "world" beyond the fourth wall and due to that not being able to see Discord while he is outside of it
