Doom has prep. And a time machine to get as much time as he wants. He wants to get his hands on the energy of the Warp to use it to conquer the Marvel Multiverse, but of course the Chaos Gods wont let him get away with it so easily.

SBA. Fight inside The Warp. Other Gods can participate if they'd do it either to support or to antagonize Khorne.

Is Doom capable of becoming the true Chaos master?

No. Khorne can nullify the machine or whatever Doom uses to absorb stuff. Yes, he can null technology.

I'm pretty sure he also needed the help of Molecule Man to absorb the Beyonders' powers. So he would need outside help to actually get to those higher levels of hax. Well in the most recent Secret Wars anyway.

Doom used a device made by himself to steal the Beyonder's powers. And Khorne would have to be aware of the device, which is secretly implanted in his armor.

In the original secret wars it's a huge technological device that won't be hard to spot. He can just sent his Dog to kill Doom, literally.

In recent one he had to stand in front of the Beyonders I think. So he has to venture into the deepest parts of the Warp to find Khorne to directly absorb him. Where if he doesn't get annhilated by random Daemons swiming in it's depths he will end up having to absorb their powers and such. If he meets any Khornate Greater Daemons Princes he will likely be noticed by Khorne who see's his gimmick and nulls him.

You're mixing two devices up. The big device that was as big as a room was used to steal energy from Galactus. The one he used to steal the Beyonder's powers was able to be neatly concealed in his chest piece.

And with infinite prep, he can already absorb the Beyonder's powers before the fight even begins and easily stroll through the Warp.

Doom also has access to all of they Beyonder's powers, in which case Khorne is screwed.

Also, the new Secret Wars/God Emperor Doom isn't being used as Khorne is restricted to his High 1-B form.

Doctor Doom gets infinite prep before the fight takes place. I don't see how his preparation needs to take place in the Warp.
