Let say you have a ability to manipulate nonexistent-ism. Will it be useful in battle ? Are there any characters able to do so ?

I don't remember a power about manipulating something nonexistent.....however, like all other power and abilities, depend on contexts, feats, and what was shown in verse. You could have a totally harmless conceptual manipulation type 1

It depend on how it work, every fiction depicted non-existence with different iteration. Some of it could turn existence become non-existence with that ability, and/or others just do harmless thing since it couldn't even interact with reality.
