Sex aside, there's two "phases" to the Shroud fight from what I can tell- before and after Chase takes out the glowing eye-bit.

Bro can get to the Moon and back, says he can travel to the damn Sun and then obliterate the Earth, and just a lot more.
4-C Absorption is fine I guess but what about the very blatant planet level statement he says he can dish out after absorbing all of that energy? It'll be with an amp, sure, but I doubt he's exaggerating.
Definitely think the missions themselves also have a lot of implied feats we'd gotta go through. Beached whales gives a very blatant 25 ton LS feat to whoever can clear it for one.

Think the mouth beam this guy has could be considered light/laser stuff, anyone? Thoughts so far;
Mainly asking because if I've done my calculations right (written down in a doc) we could have some relativistic-ftl combat/reaction speed stuff from that. But ofc only if it could be considered an actual laser lol

Quick notes, Phenomaman doesn't say he could destroy the earth. He only says that he'd absorb all the energy then "plunge the Earth to darkness", likely implying he just meant that without the sun the Earth would be completely dark and die off.
In terms of travel speed though, doing some quick back of the napkin calculations here:
Phenomaman was at Robert's housewarming party which went into the evening, and then was in for work the next day. Assuming the party went until around 9 (which I doubt considering they were all drinking), and then they were all in for 9 the next morning, that would be 12 hours of complete travel on a high end, and 6 hours to travel to the moon and back.
Moon is 384400000 meters away,
384400000 / ((6*60)*60) = 17796.2962963 m/s or Mach 51.88424576180758 (High Hypersonic+)

I don't think I'm ever going to pick Phenomaman again on future playthroughs. He's really funny, but Waterboy just makes way more sense.
Phenomaman can't level up, so his stats are static outside of the end of shift bonus points. So even if you don't pick him, he's basically just as effective as he would have been anyway when you get him in the finale. Whereas if you get Waterboy in the finale, he's borderline useless because his stats are ass.

How does that make it more likely to be a plasma, out of curiosity (IDK how to show my tone on here without using an indicator but to be clear that is a geniune curiousity/being confused)? I thought fire only made plasma, not that it was plasma itself, if that's what you are getting at?
Unless I forgot something, of course, which is entirely possible, I will concede.

I do agree picking Waterboy is the optimal play, but Phenomoman is better than if you don't pick him if you send him to hero training. That gets rid of his 45 second down time depression thingy in exchange for flight (not the best trade ever, but he's got pretty damn good stats so).

The point is that dragons don't breathe lasers. It's more likely to be some kind of substance with mass, rather than a bunch of photons.

Yeah that's the one thing I'm iffy on. I am pretty certain about Star Blazer being above Blonde Blazer, though.
No hate intended, it's just that if the amulet grants him all the same abilities she had and he seemingly gets to keep his super speed without the drawbacks, then just logically he should be above her.

Also, lowkey, do we take stats as gospel? Cause Blazer has better stats than Phenomaman when dispatching. But I get that the feats show her not handling the eye laser good (still survived though) and admitting he's slightly faster. He's also probably still like, not putting his all into things also.
Aside from Phenomaman and Blazer glaze, Prism lowkey seems like she might be the most OP hero. Malevola has portal dura neg capabilities but Prism has flashbangs that perma blind, illusions (which we see she can make a little army of) as well as said illusory copies having their exact stats, plus she can create constructs like a shield that can withstand some decent stuff from a top tier, platforms to walk on air, and a little ramp.

That's what I've been saying. Prism's crazy broken. There's also that construct she made that did... something to Blazer's attack. It looked like it made it stronger to me, but I could be wrong.

It def amped the attack. Blazer wasn't really doing all that to the mech but when she sent her blast into that pyramid the mech was very visibly affected, and this was before Chase came to turn things around.

yeah I got the romance Mandy and turn Invisigal to heroism without kissing her at all on the first try.
Basically date Mandy
Don't cut invisigal off team
Say it's a lot to process (don't go full forgiveness since that romance stuff and leads into kiss)
give scissors
give real pulse
spare shroud
bring back the person you cut
As for how to get the complicated ending I think its the automated choices since it naturally chooses Mandy to date over movies but I think I saw on others play throughs it goes for the kiss and lean in in episode 7. I think the dev purposely made go the complicated route, but it could also go to the even rarer no romance route I'd have to test it out

The dispatching stats should not be used, they are just game mechanics and don't reflect the actual strengths of the characters properly. The mission themselves would also be a on a very case by case basis, if you send invisigal to move beached whale, I don't think she scales to lifting a whale. The only thing that should be used from dispatching is the dialogue when characters comment on things that we can use to interpret what might have happened.
