Twilight mind controlled a full town. If she was island level pre-alicorn, and Discord is large Star, then I doubt Cthulhu is mind raping anything, we don't even know if his powers work on fellow immortals. Much less one, who by power scaling should mind control multible planets.

There was the time she tried brainwashing Discord to be good. But I consider that a massive outlier/PIS for several dozen reasons. One of them being: If it were that easy then they would have no need for the elements to defeat him when he got free.
