I wasn't sure at first if this would be fair but looking at Star's profile she has some decent hax herself and an AP advantage so let's see how this goes.

Discord is flying to get to Fluttershy's house, but has once again miscalculated his own speed, and rockets out of his own universe into Mewni. Star sees this strange abomination appear out of nowhere and decides to power up for a fight. Discord, upon seeing this strange butterfly figure, laughs and readies himself.

Siding with Discord, a snap and she's transmuted/powernulled. Discord resists/counters a hefty amount of Star's hax, and simply thinking is faster than having to move arms and a wand.

Honestly does star even have a 1% chance of winning? The only reason she is universe+ is because of a statement that should not be overlooked and her strongest attack is time freeze, which is not really that effective.

Discord takes this pretty handily. Discord's regen and intagiblity give him a pretty big advantage, ontop of the fact he can just snap his fingers or use his thought based powers

Well that's the weakest living universe i have ever seen, he's not omniscient or omnipresent and he can't even beat the lizard army on his own. He couldn't even fix the Time Loop.

That's true, Svtfoe doesn't really makes their power levels consistent, Star's mom said the wand can destroy the universe but it can barely destroy a door, maybe they just don't think people like power scaling cartoons.
