Both are 8-A

Speed is equalized

They are at least 8 meters from each other.

Mark knows that Dirtbot is weak to water.

Dirtbot massively upscales from 99.45 tons

Invincible scales to 203 tons

The battle should at least take place around here:

Who would win or why?

so what are the advantages for both?
Well, Dirtbot has the slight experience advantage given how he stomped both Krypto and Streaky before he even absorbs minerals in the first place. Dirtbot also has a huge LS advantage compared to Mark's, given how Dirtbot upscales massively from 200,000 gross tons and Mark is only 17,304 tons. Not to mention Dirtbot also has the slight range advantage due to his sheer size. But onto Mark's advantages however, he is more skilled, he can fly out of Dirtbot's range. And Mark could amp himself with rage boosts.

also he has the Ap advantage, and would he be able to use Dirtbot weakness against him if there was water around?

He would use it at his advantage, but the problem is, Mark isn't aware that Dirtbot is weak to water

Is there any big sources of water near where they are fighting so Mark can find out Dirtbot weakness by coincidence?

Having watched the Krypto episode where Dirtbot appears i don't think Mark can win without exploiting the opponent weakness

The monster regeneration and partial intangibility seems unable to be bypassed by conventional attacks

I'll change up the background, where a few water sources is around

Should I also give Mark knowledge about Dirtbot's weakness to make this more fair? Or is it fine the way it is now that I changed the place where there's water sources around?

Yeah, i think it all depends on Mark knowing the weakness, if not, his average intelligence and never chancing strategy of "punch and hopes for the best" would difficult things a lot

Gave him knowledge about Dirtbot's weakness

In this case i vote for Mark, he would endure the hits before finding a opportunity to melt Dirtbot

Dirtbot only win condition would be with grabs due to superior LS, but this is unlikely due to Mark skill and flight

Counted, although the flight shouldn't really be much of a problem for Dirtbot due to how he was making short work of both Krypto and Streaky who can both fly, but I do understand that Mark is more skilled though.
