DIO vs Blake Belladonna (JOJO VS RWBY)

From my understanding Dio can timestop freely and does so in character correct?

So I assume his first move is to timestop which I also assume is a very quick process.

So basically fights starts Dio time stops and attacks Blake. If Blake managed to get her aura up in time then she survives a few hits but if not she's instantly boned. If Aura is up then she survives a bit then Time Stop goes down (in said time he could have knocked her out) and she's very wounded and short on aura.

After that I assume he can just time stop right after and this time takes her out.

Is there anything wrong with what I said? Because if there isn't then I don't see a way for Blake to stand a chance.

This

Is

Redundant

Seriously, Pre Time Skip Blake vs Base Dio? Maybe, but anything else is either a stomp or flat out redundant
