Mortal blade would cancel Dio's regen but he wouldn't do it before he gets frozen

I'm pretty sure his freezing would last long enough unless Wolf can manage to unthaw himself and even then he wouldn't be able to move

Also not sure how Resurrection would interact with being shattered or having limbs removed or becoming a vampire since he never regenerated his arm after he resurrected multiple times

But as seen with his arm he doesn't regen his limbs when he revives so I'm not sure he would regen his torso if it was shattered either
