Dio Brando vs Straizo

It'd be a good fight, but I'd give it to Straizo. Both mastered their abilities as vampires, but Straizo had more formal experience in fighting. And even though it harms him too, he can still use Hamon in the fight. If he can get a good hit without Dio being able to capitalize on that weakness, the fight will turn strongly in his favor.

Wouldn't using hamon kill Straizo? iirc he died from after using Hamon Breathing to kill himself

Yeah, using Hamon as a vampire is basically like Dracula eating garlic and drinking holy water. Not going to turn out well for the one who does it.
I mean, he didn't die instantly, so perhaps he could use it to get in one good surprise attack (I doubt Dio would see it coming - he's too arrogant and full of self-preservation, he'd likely be unable to comprehend the notion of doing something that could kill yourself just to defeat an enemy) but I'd say that as inconclusive, not Straizo's victory if he dies moments afterwards.
I'm going to go with Staizo though, he still has better fighting experience.
