a place to discuss dinosaurs both fictional and real life. (It would just belong to real world discussion thread but since I’m including fictional ones and the fact that dinosaurs stand out as a group is the reason I’m making this)


What’s your favorite dinosaur and why?

My favorite dinosaur would probably be ankylosaurus because of it’s armor and defenses just it looks cool

Mine (my fav dino) would be the literal T. Rex. It's tough and smart.

Speaking of which. I'll be planning to eventually calc the GPE of IRL major dinos here (I'll be focusing on the ones at the bottom of this list here, which is from here). And the ankylosaurus is one of them.

How much GPE can the Anky can make?

And what about everyone's fav fictional dino? Mine would be Littlefoot from the land before time.

Indominus Rex if we count only vaguely realistic Dinosaurs, otherwise my favorite is Godzilla.

They make those funky sounds, and they just seemed really cool in the Walking with Dinosaurs documentary
