Madoka is used to fighting in pocket realities/unfamiliar dimensions, thanks to her many fights against witches, so those abilities won’t be anything new to her. All magical girls also resist witch kisses, which makes dimentio’s mind manip useless, so he shouldn’t have any immediate win buttons.

Even those much weaker than Madoka also handle clones pretty easily, such as Sayaka, so Madoka has plenty of experience dealing with those as well, and should do so at greater levels.

Dimensio has about a 3x AP advantage I’m pretty sure, but madoka can stat amp to keep up, can bypass his durability thanks to death manipulation (Via White light of salvation) thanks to base dimentio’s lack of resistances, and fights witches that are physically superior to magical girls all the time.

That’s wrong. Peach and Mario got stronger in Dimension D as well as a side effect, and Dimentio was extremely confused and couldn’t really do anything about it, and the same should happen to Madoka, so it wouldn’t make any difference in terms of AP, since it’ll just buff both of them to 6-B. Even if dimentio did stop Madoka getting buffed too somehow, she still would be able to one-shot him thanks to white light of salvation and other moves.

The only thing i can even argue for Dimentio been able to interact with abstract existence is

This is her Magia record key, AKA a timeline where Madoka doesn’t get god-tier powers like in the original anime, and isn’t 2-A, so she’s 6-C here and doesn’t have a bajillion overpowered hax, though she has seen a lot of what dimentio can do already as explained above.
