Dimensions and AP

If a character with low 2-C AP was somehow transported or restricted to a 3-dimensional plane, would their AP be restricted? Would they still be able to oneshot a high 3-A character? Same goes for tier 1 AP and low 2-C structures, etc.

They wouldn't be limited, but they'd probably destroy the plane by like, sneezing. Since uh, their in a plane that is many infinities less durable than what they can destroy.

I guess it'd be limiting if they didn't wanna destroy anything but had no choice cause of their strength lel.

Gotcha. What about in cases where a character's AP isn't from range (like destroying a whole timeline) but just from scaling (punching out a guy with low 2-C durability)? Would that still destroy the plane?

Uh, prolly not. Sounds like a DB situation where we just pin up situations like that as an AoE fallacy or PIS.
