I will say Yes, since 4D space regardless are tier 2, an extra axis of time will indeed make it time 1

Tecnically no i guess, cause it will be to small in the other axis. Like a 5D "cube" isn't tierable at L1C.

Well the cosmology page says they are fundamental truths,and as far as i know fundamental truths are the very cores underlying all principles,laws,order,information,essence of reality as a whole while being independent of it ,they are the ultimate principles of existence,everything relies on them while themselves being independent of it all
There description in the verse is somehow similar but i wasn't sure they might qualify for 1A

Tbh, when it comes to going in and out of 1-A, the important thing is that it is the result of a qualitative change, not a quantitative. No multiplication or division or such.
