Does dimensional travel, disprove higher realms? Like if a Tier 9 Character travel's to a 1-A Realm does it disprove that realm is 1-A?

No, anyone can go to any non-hostile dimension, be it tier 1 or 0, the issue is if they can compreend and affect it or if they are comparable to the beings native to it
