How does dimensional tiering actually work?
I couldn't find any good explanations, as each verse/fiction on the wiki has a different way of scaling the dimensions of a cosmology or an object/entity.

For example:

• How would a cosmology be considered 5th-dimensional or higher?
• How would a character be considered 5th-dimensional or higher?

For example:

• How would a cosmology be considered 5th-dimensional or higher?

By having a structure scaling above a 4D Universe (or in other words, a Universal+ sized space, or, in even simpler words, a space time continuum) either by transcending that 4D Universe or simply by having a higher dimensional space to that 4D Universe

• How would a character be considered 5th-dimensional or higher?
