In some contexts the concept of "Dimension" is just a universe, but in some it refers to space-time dimensions

For exemple, in Ben 10 the concept of dimension is universo. But in the verses like Hokai Impact or Tengen Toppa the concept is space-time

Basically, you need to declarations about the specific dimension

ok so basically.
There is a dimension as in a certain place in time in space, a universe of sorts.
and there is a dimension as in how you measure or rather how something is measured.

The second one is like this. You are a 3 Dimensional object. You have height, width and length. Lower dimensions lack some attribute of yours. Example: a 2D object will not have width and thus it's width will be 0 while the width of a 3D object is always above 0 and thus a 3D object is always bigger than a 2D object even if it has infinite length. Higher dimensions are incomprehensible to us, however we can use maths to find them.
