Many characters from the Digimon Adventure series are scaled from the 3-C feat that Etemon performed (absorbing the power of a galaxy-sized black hole). The problem is, this feat is actually 4-A, as explained here:

https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/748536?useskin=oasis#2

So, shouldn't Etemon and everyone who scale from him be 4-A?

That, or the feat is 3-B if mass-energy conversion is used for some reasons.

No, we didn't downgrade them for reasons Darkanine brought up. I don't remember where though.

Galaxy wide reality warping and moving Galaxy sized objects are considered 3-C by our current Celestial Body Feats, and given Etemon absorbed a black hole larger than the Milky Way Galaxy (which would logically involve moving the entire construct closer to himself, unless you think he slowly 'ate' it, which makes no sense), it should logically count as 3-C.

That, and the Black Hole isn't Galaxy sized, it's said to be so large that the Galaxy could fit inside of it and have room to spare. It was also said to be capable of destroying the Galaxy, which logically makes it Galaxy level.

Galaxy wide energy absorption isn't though.

It could be a thousand times bigger and it would still be tier 4. And all the galaxy-sized black holes can easily destroy the galaxy, but the energy is 4-A

That said, if he moved it, 3-C is fine.
