differences in reality manipulation and logic manipulation ?

can anybody tell me the differences between reality manipulation and logic manipulation, for me they seem to be the same power just one is more evolve, how long does it take for a reality manipulater to become a logic manipulater like for example : franklin richards or man jim jasper, how strong does the reality manipulater need to be to become a logic manipulater.can anybody please tell me
