Did nine create lightning around himself?

Pretty weird to call it "lightning dragons" when on his page the dragons are made from water, apparently.

Anyways, doesn't look like lightning regardless as flash and the sound it makes doesn't matter.

Nine's attack are not lightning, nor do they have any similar properties to lightning.

Guess what, glowing in bright color and having a flash of light doesn't equal lightning speed. Our lightning standards are rather strict, which they should be since if they weren't anyone who's attack has lightning in the name would be lightning speed.

This is how the wiki works, his attacks need to display the proprieties of lightning which they do not. " Some examples of favorable properties are: making muscles of affected beings contract, having an (electro)magnetic field, being shown to actually move with a speed similar to lightning, flowing through conducting materials, the character being able to manipulate real electricity or electromagnetism in general, generating ozone or causing electrolysis."

For this to be accepted, his electric dragons would have to show most of these properties. Nine being able to call down actual lightning, isn't enough to say any electric attack he fires is equal to lightning speed. Assuming the dragons were indeed made of energy or electricity.

Also, the dragons aren't lightning or electric anyway. Because lightning doesn't burn black when heated!
