The Roaring Beast of Time vs the Victor of Ragnarok.

Dialga decides to be evil and hold Reiji's lover, Satomura Momiji hostage so Reiji has to kill Dialga to regain her.

Rules:

1. Reiji is in his Loki form

2. Dialga is in his sealed form

3. Speed is equalized so Reiji has infinite speed in this match

4. Reiji can use all of the abilities of the Fortissmo verse cast including all of Odin's abilities

5. Both are bloodlusted

Okay, Reiji has the tools to fight Dialga and can kill it, yeah. He doesnt trascend the concept of time since he is speed is FTL or MFTL, which makes me think that his powers are not totally superior to Dialga's. Dialga's time manipulation seems leagues above Reiji's but the other has conceptual manipulation/destruction, which could override Dialga's powers. Its somewhat close, more like whoever shoots first kills the other. Since speed is equalized, sadly, I can see it being inconclusive.
