Dialga VS Archie Solaris

Solaris 2-A AP + Resistance to everything might result in a stomp
Is there anything Dialga can do? I mean, nigh-omnipresence + type 9 large size is a sort of advantage, but Solaris can bypass it by eating everything.
I don't know how their types of conceptual manip interact and both don't resist time manip, even though being type 3 acausals kind of cancel it, I think, and since both have it they should be even, I think.
Like, speaking of time is ironic, but Solaris absorption is immediate or takes time?
Can type 3 acausals be affected by time control? I thik Dialga's only wincon is messing with time in a way different from existence erasure and age manip, but Solari can counter with its own time manip, I suppose (but I don't know how it works).
