Screw the RDR2 matchup I'm trying something more interesting/fair where Dexter doesn't have an insane advantage
Rules:
Speed Equal
Dexter has his Tranq Spear and a baseball bat
Battle takes place in the Paris Catacombs
Dexter has prior knowledge
SBA for everything else

Dexter is around twice as strong with weaponry (This also scales to his durability)

The Figure is around twice as strong in lifting strength

Dexter:
  • He is much more skilled and intelligent than the figure, so he could come up with strategies through information analysis, which is even better for him if he already has prior knowledge.
  • More agile and acrobatic, even with speed equalization, he could consistently deal with any attack from the figure thanks to his acrobatic skills.
  • He has weapons that make it easier for him to defend himself from a distance and with greater AP than his base, making it easier for him to damage the figure.
  • He has an advantage in skills like stealth and combat, attacking pressure points is perfect for trying to subdue the figure and makes it more plausible that he will harm it.

The Figure:
  • The physical characteristics of the figure are superior to those of Dexter, from double the LS, to greater resistance than Dexter.
  • Powers like enhanced senses and regeneration make it harder to damage or catch by surprise.
  • Fear manipulation could substantially be a win condition through outhax.

I don't know how much Dexter's sociopathy counts as resistance, but in any case, the fear manipulation of the Figure doesn't seem to be so surprising, so apart from this, Dexter could have good chances to face him.

Dexter's biggest problems are the Figure's LS which might allow it to disarm him if it manages to grab onto his weapon and the ability to move really fast when it wants to, especially when it's angry or hurt in any way. Its physiology and regeneration means just dealing damage and even targeting weak points probably wouldn't work too well. The game changer here is the spear. It's almost as effective as an M99 syringe when it comes to tranquilizing people. Figure's large size suggests it won't necessarily be poisoned by it but it'll eventually get knocked out with enough hits. Honestly, Dexter would win this thanks to prior knowledge. He'll know to be sneaky, use his environment to distract Figure, quickly disengage after every attack he lands, avoid the monster using his smaller size and acrobatics, and slowly wear it down over time until it falls asleep.
