Passive: Poison Manipulation, Holy manipulation (destroys you based on your sins, with an absurd level of morality), Fate Manipulation (prevents her from dying, possibly works on 4-D scale acausals) lol, Invisibility, intangibility, non corporeality, limited luck manipulation (she has good luck granted from a mg who wished to win the lottery to save her grandfather's restaurant), constant growth (up to te size of at least two infinite multiverses, with all her abilities upscaled to her level), curse manipulation (fills you with despair, possessing and altering mind, body and soul, turning you into the Avatar of Calamity), power Nullification (Eye-Based, works on beings resistant to power null), absorption, wealth production (yes, because why not?) unaffected by any physical phenomena including time, possibly others
Precog via knowing all past, present and future possibilities of the entire multiverse
Resistance to almost all of her own abilities (basically resistance to everything Madoka has)
Notable tought based abilities: Conceptual nonexistence erasure, Erasure of the evil intent of the target which erases his personality along with it, law manip, others that I forgot.
Now question is, can Amon even affects a Nonexistence being down to their very concept?

Fate: Yeah. He can't.

Intangibility and Non-Corporeal: Demons are also like this.
Probability: Eh. I don't think that limited luck can do anything to him. You can consider Angels lucky because they are blessed yet they're dead.
Growth: How fast is this?
Curse: Absolutely works. I don't even defend to this one.
Power Null: He might have unconventional resistance to it. Since it's not direct resistance, potency shouldn't be issue.
Absorption: Won't work on someone who is physically weaker. Resist probably. Potency isn't variable, physical prowess is.
Precognition: Won't work. Amon exists in single point in time.

Madoka is nothing more than a concept of destroying witch, but that doesn't mean she is a nonexistent being since she still exist as a concept.
UKG however, is a "witch", and Madoka has erases the concept of "witch" on Multiversal scale, but she came out later on as a Nonexistent being.
Madoka did try to erase her again beyond Nonexistent, but that doesn't work.
