Sounds like type 3. Type 2 I think requires more evidence to ensure that the concept is independent from the objects that are a part of it.

I also made a mistake with the speed because i stated that Ryou can move freely through time an space because he is Satan. When it should be Ryou has the ability to move freely through time and space because he is Satan.

The Cutie Honey stuff seems questionable and unreliable, and there doesn't seem like theres anyone highly familiar with that verse, scaling Devilman's from her is kinda risky.
