"An assassin hired by the U.S President, I don't know why he is here though. He is a threat and can control the rain, so we have to get to shelter, I will take care of this as much as I can." He says, shooting a fingernail at Blackmore as he comes towards them, but it goes through him, literally speaking, travelling ito the distance.

"And the worst part is that if one goes off, I need to wait for it to grow back." He says, as the rain scares the horse, causing it to knock Johnny off itself, preventing him from walking.
