This is to upgrade Detective Conan to 9-A with this calculation.

Characters that will be changed​

Kaito Kid

• Attack Potency: Small Building level+ (Can trade blows with those capable of harming him. Comparable to the rest of the characters in the series, like Sera)
• Durability: Small Building level+ (Survive this level of explosion.)

Makoto Kyogoku
9-A

• Attack Potency: Small Building level+ (fighting Kaito Kid and has abilities beyond him.)
• Durability: Small Building level+

Sera Masumi
9-A

• Attack Potency: Small Building level+ (A jump kicking a kaito kid until he gets hurt. Can punch Makoto Kyogoku)
• Durability: Small Building level+

Ran Mouri
9-A

• Attack Potency: Small Building level+ (Able to fight even with Sera Masumi at can punch Makoto Kyogoku.)
• Durability: Small Building level+

Shuichi Akai
9-A

• Attack Potency: Small Building level+ (Stronger than Sera Masumi, which is evident from this.)
• Durability: Small Building level+

Rei Furuya
9-A

• Attack Potency: Small Building level+ (Equivalent to Shuichi Akai)
• Durability: Small Building level+

Conan Edogawa's personal has 2 keys, so I'll change it accordingly.

• Attack Potency: Below Average Human (Is physically a 6-7-year-old child that engages in light to moderate exercise) higher Wall level up to Small Building level+ (Able to cut down a whole tree. Can damage kaito kid.) | Street level (Sent a man flying with a kick) possibly Small Building level+ (Is a star athlete and is comparable to skilled martial artists like Ran Mouri and Heiji Hattori)
• Durability: Average Human (Can survive many attacks from adults) higher Wall level up to Small Building level+ with his Power-Enhancing Kick Shoes (Suffers no ill effects from using the device, but can knock himself unconscious if the ball happens to rebound towards him.) | Street level possibly Small Building level+

This should be fine, assuming the feat in question isn't an outlier.

It looks fine to me; there are already consistent Tier 9 feats, so 9-A is plausible.
