Some persons says that the Destructo Disk bypass durability, the Cell thing wasnt canon so...Can Krilin whit a Destructo Disk Kill Champa if he stand still?

Jiren caught a destructo disc and threw at Goku. Destructo disc has never been stated to bypass durability. It can cut much stronger opponents because it is a slicing attack. Just like Piccolo's special beam cannon which is a piercing attack.
